	A Welcome From Grant Barnes Hello, I am Grant Barnes, Director of Barnes and Barnes Chartered Surveyors. In this first edition, I thought I'd give you a little background information about myself and the company. I began working as a chartered surveyor in London in the late '90s and launched Barnes & Barnes in 2005. At Barnes & Barnes our customers come first. We put all of our expertise and experience to help you as home buyers make informed decisions about properties. Over the last 15 years we've surveyed 1000s of properties in London.
